Neil Sikder, President & CEO, Maia Strategy Group
Neil Sikder has been providing market intelligence and strategy consulting services for nearly 15 years. After graduating with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, Mr. Sikder joined Kaiser Associates, a global strategy consulting firm. He then joined Maia Strategy Group in 2003 as a Vice President. At Maia, Mr. Sikder grew its Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Industrial Distribution, Enterprise Technology and Health Care practices. His work helping C-level executives build market winning strategies has established his reputation as a trusted advisor to at least one of the top 5 leading companies in each of these industries. In 2008, he acquired a majority interest in the firm and became its CEO. Between 2008 and 2011, Mr. Sikder doubled Maia’s revenue by expanding into global markets and building its Public Sector practice. Mr. Sikder has served as a local Chapter Chair for the Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professionals and has had several articles published including “Speak With Your Customers”. In 2011, he was selected by the New York City Department of Small Businesses and the NYU Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation to participate in its Strategic Steps for Growth Program.
Mr. Sikder currently lives with his wife and daughter in Hoboken, NJ and spends his free time hiking, cooking, exploring the best restaurants in New York City, traveling and playing outside with his daughter.

Moira Koch joined Maia Strategy Group as a Senior Consultant in 2006. During the past five years, she has quickly accelerated her career path, serving in the roles of Management Consultant, Senior Manager, and Vice President. In 2011, Moira Koch became a Senior Vice President and Partner at Maia Strategy Group, advising Fortune 500 Enterprise Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods and Health Care/Pharmaceutical clients. Ms. Koch is passionate about helping her clients quickly adapt to ever-changing market and competitive environments. Prior to joining Maia Strategy Group, Moira Koch was a consultant at MarketBridge, where she assisted Enterprise Technology clients in developing sales channel strategies.Ms. Koch leads the CPG practice at Maia Strategy, where she draws upon her experience as founder of Bluebeards Original, a premium line of men’s beard care products manufactured and sold nationwide. She is the “Going Mobile” blogger for Drug Store News, and the author of the whitepaper How Mobile Technology Is Transforming the Retail Shopping Environment.
Ms. Koch has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Exton, PA with her husband and daughter, and spends her free time gardening, beach-combing, running and traveling.
